Did what?

Think I did pretty good on this, but I'm worn out, changed the bedding on the bed it a Calif. king-size. I hate doing it takes me all day to get the bedding back on it. Feel like I've walked mile and I still need to put the blanket & quilt on it, but that's not as hard as getting the sheets on it.

Do you use a fitted bottom sheet? It helps if you put them on diagonally, for instance, top left, bottom right, etc. If I was there, I'd help you! But, then you'd have to help me with my queen! lol

Yes, one of the deep ones, hubby can't help me with it so I just consider it my exercise for the day.
I have to move our little nite tables & a trunk that sits at the foot also but that is were I keep the clean bedding.

Got it all done, now just to wash it all...so I have a clean set. That's almost a day in just doing that!

I can just imagine! I'm glad you were able to get the first part done, that must feel pretty good. The bedding is so large, I imagine it takes quite a while to dry.

I have to rotate the quilt several times, do sheet & pillowcases as a load & blanket by it's self (soon times have to rotate it) have the large heavy washer & dryer so that helps. Have the chest freezer & use it to help fold things; it's just across from the dryer.

P.S. The mattress is 76" long & 72 wide" at 10" deep, so I have to watch which size of bedding.

PPS. that should read 12" deep

That's huge. Do you have to shout to one another to be heard from across the bed? lol

Just about...got my new slippers, one is rabbit & the others are piggy ones, really cute! Hubby is just laughing at me says I'm regressing with my silly slippers. You can get the little thing that will go in a pocket that will go oink when you walk.

Those slippers sound like a lot of fun to me! Wish I could see them.

After my dad passed away my mom, who was about 4'8" tall, kept the Calif King mattress that they slept on. One day the paramedics had to come transport her to the hospital (turned out not to be serious) and one of them said he'd never seen such a small lady on such a large bed.

I can almost picture her on that big ol' bed! My sis is 4'9" and they have a queen, I thought SHE looked small in it!

Hey Aussie, I guess they are doing okay. I have some major assignments on lesson planning in diverse classrooms. I have no idea what I am doing yet but I will get it. I passed my first test. I got an 18 out of 20 so that is really good. I am in my 3rd week so I will see how the rest of the courses go. It is going to be a really long summer.
