I love the saxaphone and the french horn both make beautiful music. Once heard a girls band from a local school play the saxaphones. They had one of each of the instruments and they were so good, they played music from rock to classic it was a lovely afternoon. We still have not had any rain, the last we had was the end of May every where is dry and withered. the forecast says we will probably have this heatwave for the next fortnight, I think I will be a grease spot by then. God bless you all and keep you safe.
I love the sweet voice of the sax, particularly the alto. Remember "On the Beach" by Acker Bilk?

Orinoco not familar with that tune. My favorite sax player is the late, great Clarence Clemens. He played with the E Street Band. That is the band that plays with Bruce Springsteen. Just love horns they sound so great. Be safe.

Oh do look it up on Youtube! Lovely. Very smooth. I also like New Birth's "Blind Baby"...also on YT. The album cover looks horrid but it's soul music. "Blind Baby" refers to a man who is spiritually blind, self-isolated from other people.

I'm listening to Kenny G right now "Song Bird" it has over 9.5 million views on youtube. If you haven't heard of him, give it a try. He's my all-time favorite. I'm going to listen to the other musicians mentioned, too. I love the sax, it ministers to my very soul.

Rah rah am very familar with Kenny G, he's wonderful. Sax also ministers to my soul, great phrasing. Orinoco will look for the tune Blind Baby, thanks for the suggestion. I love all types of music, got that from my Dad ( also got my love of rocks from him ) I remember I hurt his feelings by taking my older brother to see the Beatles and not asking him. I did make it up to him. He wanted to see the movie Woodstock ( the concert ) so I took him and he told me people in line were looking at us said they were probably wondering why a young girl was with an old goat like him!! I still laugh when I remember that. He loved the movie by the way. You all stay safe.
