Jigsaw puzzle to play for free online of a ski resort in Braunwald, Switzerland. A large mountain is in the background. The entire landscape is covered in snow during the winter. A small group is learning how to ski.
Very nice winter scene of a ski resort. I had to zoom in to see the group learning how to ski. :) We lived at the foot of Mt. Rainier in the State of Washington in1967. We went to the resort, about a 45 minute drive up the mtn., and I tried to ski once. It wasn't for me. Enjoyed staying in the resort, drinking hot chocolate, looking out the windows at those having a ball. :)
When learning to ski it doesn't take one ride down the slopes. Numerous times I'd be in line to go up on the ski lift. Poof someone comes down the hill, plows into me and knocks me down. Then they say oh I don't know how to stop. That was the first thing I learned, stop and turn. Even took ski school lessons. Back then then were really expensive. It was given to us as a xmas gift when I was a kid.
It is nice to see snow on a mountain. I don't want anymore part of snow for this year. Have seen it and enjoyed it and now it can go away. but this is beautiful.
Good Morning to all! Think Spring! (the rest sounds good too) Today is our daughter's 40th Birthday, boy do I feel old now....

Oh no. You reminded me my daughter turned 38. Close enough to make my twinge at my age. It's all good though. Maybe it will hit me harder in 2 years. Heck, my granddaughter is 12 already. THAT hits me hard.

The oldest granddaughter will be 21 in July, and the youngest will be 12 in May (we have 7 grandchildren). My husband had a son (47 this year) from his previous marriage and we had a girl & a boy (he will be 38 this year). I'll be 71 in June.
Unfortunately the last thing I really don't want to see is snow and cold. We had 3 more inches of snow last night on to of the first 2 inches. the temps this am wer below zero. Not the way to start the day!
Love these winter sports scenes, how lucky these people are to be able to go and stay a these resorts and do what they enjoy best, would love to have a go at skiing, but I am afraid it takes me all my time to stand in England when we have snow and having 2 broken wrist with falling in the winter, what chance have I to be on the slopes, but thank you team I think this is the safest way doing the jigsaw and still enjoying the views.
