There is a restaurant in Hollywood, CA called the Spaghetti Factory (or at least there used to be). I think it might even be a chain. Anyhow, they serve a dish that looks like plain spaghetti as above but they put Mizrithra (I think that is how to spell it) cheese on it. It is fabulous, to die for!
