Same here amberjoy...I just love to smell both cinnamon and cloves. A realtor friend of mine would boil cinnamon on the stove at her open houses. The house smelled so inviting then. I must admit I stole her idea.

The only thing in this picture that I'm familiar with is the cinnamon sticks. The rest...dunno!

There is an island in the Caribbean (can't think of the name) and it's known as "The Spice Island." You can smell spices all over the island.

Makes one wonder how we managed before these spices was brought over to England, love all these exotic flavours and what a difference it make to our cooking, thank you team enjoyed putting this one together, as much as I love baking with these exotic spices. a big thank you from me.
