I only have plants, but as I get older, they get harder to look after. Hugs to feisty and pixi.

I got a miracle, thanks to all the prayers and the cream my husband left behind when he walked out. Will elaborate more tonight on the puzzle. Suffice to say, the skin cancer was nowhere to be found WOOHOO PRAISE THE LORD!!!!! Hugs.

Ugh! I hate procedures - have had far too many! Glad to hear that you're okay aussie. Hubby and I want to move. I'm nice to my neighbors their just down right rude. They act more like kids!

Happy hugs, Ausssie! Such a relief to know!
Feisty, my newlywed grandson and his bride moved into our basement recently. Along with them came two cats, a bearded dragon, a fish, and an adorable brand new puppy. I have to chuckle...I never thought I'd be happy to be too disabled to take care of, housebreak, or clean up after pets! It's THEIR responsibility! I just get an occasional visit from the puppy, and get the kisses and hugs without all the work!!

Yeah what kind of puppy? I noticed something in our puppy and when I mention it to hubby he says oh nope.

It's a mixture of border collie and blue healer(? ). She's adorable, but still very hyper. She's in the "nipping" stage with those razor-blade teeth. But she loves everyone, and with that sweet puppy smile on her face, it's really hard to discipline her!

Yes I know it's hard but you have to - otherwise she won't learn that she can't do that. Ours gets excited too and then nips. Ours in her earlier days she's either scratched or nipped me to the point that I was bleeding. Nothing serious and I knew that she didn't mean too. Ours one day did something weird with her mouth and then we realized that she was trying to get a tooth that was loose out of her mouth.

I almost bought a border collie puppy. They need tons of exercise!
Tomorrow I have to get a skin cancer cut out of my face. My doctor usually freezes them, but he says this on is too deep for that. So not looking forward to the needles to deaden the area to be worked on. Your prayers would be appreciated.
Aussie my friend prayers are already on the way, I added it to the one that I say daily for you. Be sure to let me know what the doctor says please. Be safe

My Dearly Beloved had that done, too, aussie. It wasn't much fun, but he's fine now - not even a scar. Hope yours goes as smoothly. Hugs.

You have my prayer as well, aussie. Some years ago I had those tiny needles stuck in my big toes to deaden them to remove ingrown toenails. Great Scott, those shots were painful.

I know how you feel trynfind it and I have some great news due in part to all the prayers from this amazing site. Didn't have to have it done as it just wasn't there PTL. Will tell you more on here tonight. Hugs and thank you for your prayers.

Phillyinpa - have had it done before as well and it is the needles you have to have to deaden the area which I cannot handle. I am a diabetic, insulin dependant and have to inject every night, so it is not the needle that worries me, just the pain of the anaesthetic!!. Hugs to you and thank you for your prayers.

Aussie, during one of the procedures to lessen my Dearly Beloved's headaches, the doctor tested for the best local anesthetic. Turns out lidocaine isn't the best for him (forgot what is) and that's why the injections hurt so much. You might see if your doctor will do this for you.

Hi judd - didn't have to have the procedure as the doctor couldn't find the sun spot. Answer to prayer in a big way. Hugs.
I never have good luck with house plants.
Aussie I have to go to the skin doctor very soon. I have a mole on my arm that looks a little suspicious and a few other places. Seems like there's always something going on with our bodies. I could use some prayers too.
You're smart to have these things checked out, Jingles. Can't be too careful, especially with all the time we spent in the sun without protection as children. Prayers for a good outcome.

Praying for your Jingles - I lost my brother as a result of a melanoma so am a bit paranoid about suspicious lumps and get them attended to immediately. Only had to have one surgically removed and this is the second one. Strange thing is I was never a sun lover, but have a redheads skin which seems to be prone to these sorts of things. Hugs.

Prayers for you Jingles.
I told my (adult) children if they couldn't grow houseplants to find some that will grow in water. That way they only have to add water and they can't be over-watered.

Absolutely - I'll send prayers as well. I have a bump and mentioned to my doctor. She disregarded it but it still makes me nervous! Sent several recipes to someone whoo requested them.
So timely...I was transplanting sedum in my garden yesterday and noticed that my purple balloon flowers had spread. Looking forward to seeing them bloom again next year.
I have those. Aren't they gorgeous? They can be invasive because those seeds are plentiful and raring to go. I have to cut off the heads each year or that's all my garden would have. Love them tho.
