A gently curving wide staircase that almost makes me envious. A large house would be needed as the room it takes does not exist in most houses. Adore the floor, too.
I did a lot of staring at this puzzle but decided to do another. I have done this one on my own b4 and it's a good one but I was looking for one that wouldn't bring me down with all the railing and such.
Wishing you a day of few ups and downs.
Good for a smile. Glad it put one on your face, Aussie. Many hugs.
As for the Parson...I'm waiting.

Lol Yeah I can understand about the railings. Had an emergency 3 weeks ago sat. Hubby was in the kitchen and making bread. The cutting board was slid off the counter and hit his leg. It scraped the skin but it bled profusely. He had stitches and then I had to take him back in. Put on antiobotics because they felt it was getting infected. Then he had an appt. with pain doc. and he recommended a wound care ctr. It's finally healing.

It's amazing how one little slip up at our age becomes a major event. I'm glad he's healing now.

Part of the reason his leg wasn't healing is that there's swelling in his legs. After the leg is cleaned and put dressing and wrapped with gauze the nurse wraps it again. This outer material compresses the swelling which makes the healing faster. He has to be at this clinic twice a week. For me it's hard because I can see that he's in pain when they work on him. At each appt. the nurse or doc will say "Are you in pain. He says I'm fine. He then sometimes makes faces. I'll tell the nurse he's in pain and he gets mad...lol

Lol A friend of mine is going through a difficult time. She lost her husband in June and about a month later lost her father. She said she was in an apple store and saw someone that's on tv. Hubby is tired of going to doctors. He was seeing 4 doctors.

Were you upset because of something else or because he stayed on the phone and ignored you?
I'm thinking who could he be talking to at 2 a.m.? Do you have relatives overseas? When I phone my friend in NZ we have a tiny time frame to do it. I have to call at 3:30 pm so I catch her when she wakes up but is still home. My husband talks to his brother in Korea at 6 pm to catch him.

Yeah - I can understand that one. One day recently a woman on social media tells me I'm catty. Then it happen more than once. Not a clue what she's talking about because that doesn't even sound like me....

He was talking to his brother - this is the same night I heard about my uncle. Told this woman that I talked to online that things can easily be misunderstood or misinterrupted. But she continues to say my remarks are catty lol

Thanks Pixi. Hubby was talking to his brother because he lives in Hawaii and there's a 6 hr. time change. I think I'm going to bake some brownies and bring them to the woman who cuts my hair.
Love the quotes, Aussie, especially the one from Malcolm Forbes. I have had too many people in my life that fit this quotation to a "T". Not anymore. It's true some wisdom will come with age! Blessings.

Hi nborchardt, With age comes wisdom (in most cases) - I received a lovely card yesterday from my daughter, something that has not happened in about 20 years. Brought tears of joy to my eyes. Hugs - hope you are keeping well.
Wishing you a day of few ups and downs.
