Have you ever noticed that many old churches were built on hills? I've heard that it was so people far away from them could hear the bells, easier than if the church bells rang at a lower level.
I was thinking the same thing dbnc2. Had a beautiful sermon today as weare continuing our sermons on the book of Daniel. We are now in chapter and it is interesting how God uses us for His purpose. Hope have a blessed day.
Someone looking for renewal would be attracted to this church. It looks fresh and clean. Might look a bit more welcoming ---- maybe a different door and an open colonnade.
