I hope I don't to see another one of these, have seen 2 of these that's enough for a lifetime! We should be getting some rain tomorrow which we need (not severe weather just gentle rain) the ones next week may be severe.

Looks like the whole state will get rain, should finish up the hot spots on the fires, too. The red cedar are part of the problem, they go up with just a cinder, and they are grow wild and very prolific. Most of the cities have ban them!!

When we visited a botanical garden in Boise ID there was an entire section dedicated to showing homeowners how close or far from their homes certain shrubs/trees should be to avoid a fire hazard. I don't remember whether any particular tree was banned but I can see why those red cedars should be.
Now that is one scary storm cell - would not like to be in it's path.
So sad to hear of the terrible thing that happened in Toronto. I lived not far from there for a couple of years and had friends in Toronto. My heart goes out to all those who lost a loved one or had friends injured. I just pay that the Lord comes back soon and puts and end to all this madness. God bless all of you and good night dear friends. Hugs.
Saw many of these growing up in the Oklahoma Panhandle. They have a strange but wonderful beauty, even though you know how destructive tornadoes can be.

Take care and God bless you too.
