If you add spicy mustard and hot dill pickle when you grill that, it's called a Cuban sandwich - they're very tasty!

Just had a grilled cheese sandwich for lunch. Heard that resturants use mayonaise spread of both sides of the bread instead of butter. Tried it today. Loved it. You might want to try it also. Couldn't tell it wasn't butter--or the like.

Forget the cheese, I want that cutting board! lol It's quite a piece of woodworking there. Beautiful. Okay, now I'm ready for some cheese, a bit of apple, and some Ritz crackers.

There is an episode of "This Old House" in which Norm makes these cutting boards. It's quite an elaborate process!

It really is. My nephew made one for his mom once, and he told me how he did it, step-by-step. I am very impress with this craft.
