Dear Fellow Puzzlers,
My son and our family need your prayers. He had a catastrophic accident and broke his neck with injuries to the spinal cord about a month ago. He is making a great recovery, but still cannot move his legs or right arm. It is going to be a long haul, and our lives have been turned upside down. We traveled all night to reach his bedside. We are being well taken care of, but everytime we make forward progress, something pops up to derail healing for a day or two. Please pray that the procedure tomorrow will enable him to get off the ventilator and start more agressive physical therapy.
Nana24, my prayers are with you all - for healing, for strength, for determination. My husband broke his neck back in '63, when treatments were just short of barbaric and there was no physical therapy. Told he would be a quadriplagic for life, he not only went on to walk, but sail, train and ride jumping horses (English style equitation), downhill ski, semi-pro track/trail motorcycle race - all with no limitations. With the therapy available now, your son should come through with flying colors! Keep your hopes up and believe in God, who is with us in all times of distress.

Nana24 my heart goes out to you! Bless your son and whole family as you go through this ordeal together.
I do pray that the procedure helps him in regaining his strength.

Thank you, Aknan and Bopitex, for your support and encouragement. It means a lot to us.
This looks divinely delicious....of course I am hungry and need to eat breakfast. I so wish I had strawberries and artisan bread in the house that is making my mouth water! Have a blessed day and may your troubles be itsy bitsy little ones!!
