You've really got my attention, what have the girls done now?

Blu is my fat cat. She will finish everyones food that they don't eat--down to the last scrap! When I got her Oct. 2014 she was skinny and weighed 6.70 lbs. Last vet visit in Oct. 2017 she weighed 15.60 lbs. I now have Tabby and Cleo's dry food and water in my computer room on a table which Blu can't jump up to--not yet. In the kitchen I only put a little down 2 times a day and then sometimes the other 2 eat from also. She pesters me if nothing is in the bowl but I just ignore her if it isn't time for the next refill. The others are learning to get on the computer room table to eat. I don't worry about their weight. Could be because Blu was found in the Outback Steakhouse parking lot. She was skinny as you can see from her weight.

It's funny how different they can be, hubby & I were just talking about that the other evening.
Tomorrow is daughter's birthday & the next day is hubby's birthday...not planning to do any thing for them; to cold to go anywhere - this morning it's just 20 degrees here, back to dripping water overnight for a few days again.

Hubby not sure about it since he turns 70 this year! From is birthday until mine in Jun. I will only be 4 years older than he is...it's a second marriage for both of us and we did not discuss our ages until went to get marriage license (45 years ago) but I decided that was not a good reason to get married...guess that was a good thing!

You are both younger then me. I'm 81. Just do the best you can everyday and count your blessings. Temp supposed to be mid 80's today. They said it was more like May weather and its only the beginning of February!

Hubby says do you want an old man to take care too! But I don't think you do...he broke his neck in '89 and he doesn't get around well at all...uses one load bearing crutch but only to do short walking, he doesn't even come upstairs unless he has to fix something in the bathroom that I use. I do a lot of his running for him.

I'm very happy the way I am. I just have to worry about me--no one else! Have a great day.

Now have had no air since Sunday night. A part has been ordered and should be in today or tomorrow. The temperature really hasn't been too bad. Have all the windows and sliding glass doors open. Guess it's all part of owning a house. However the part is under warranty! My "air" guy is wonderful.

Our weather is crazy, today 70 & next day 80, then back down to 30' for 1 day then back up in the 40's to 60" for a few days then down again!

You have to take one weather day at a time. Love it today. Hopefully the part for my AC will come tomorrow and Brian can install it for me. He says I don't have to be home when he does it. Outside work. Hope you are having a good Valentines Day.

I'm not sure what I'm going to do when my hubby retires in a few months; medicare doesn't pay for my diabdetes insulins...and they cost a fortune!

Dbnc2, many of the pharmaceutical companies have programs to help you pay for your meds when other programs can't/won't help you. Your doctor probably has an 800 number you can call to check on this, or you can go online at the company's website for info.
