This reminds me of my favorite dinner salad. In a shallow bowl --- about 8"wide, 2"deep --- I put the following layers --- first baby spinach, diced celery, baby carrots sliced, tomatoes diced, cut-up baked chicken (or ham), shredded mixed cheeses, and topped with raspberry vinaigrette salad dressing. I don't toss it --- each forkful has a variety. I have that about once a week --- maybe more often in the summer. Yum!
