Had something amazing happen today and would like to share it with all of you. Had to get my car serviced and it is quite a long way to go. It is a Toyota Yaris and the Toyota have a courtesy car where they drive you home and pick you up at the end of the day. I wasn't home long when I looked down at what used to be my engagement ring and the diamond was gone!!! I prayed about it and so did a couple of other people and I rang te service department to ask if they would look in their courtesy car. About five minutes later they called me and said they had found the diamond. PTL - so will now take it to the jewelers and get it re-set. Cannot believe they found it so quickly. The power of prayer is amazing.
Glad you got your diamond back Aussie. Think I'll stop by the jeweler today and have them clean and examine mine too- it's been a while. Thanks for the reminder!

I love the power of prayer. I am glad that your diamond was found. I didn't know you still wore it. My diamond has been missing from mine for a quite a while and I need to get it redone with a new stone. I also lost the birthstone out of my ring and that too needs to be replaced. Aussie, that's just a heart-stopping experience! So glad you found the stone. It probably needs new points on the setting or perhaps an extra prong to hold it safely.

Aussie that is truly an amazing story! So glad prayer worked and worked so quickly. I don't wear my engagement and wedding ring any more because the big middle diamond fell out and was never found. We replaced it, but I'm so afraid to wear any of my good jewelery because I fear I it will happen again, so everything is locked up in the gun safe. My younger brother is a jeweler and he told me marquise shaped diamonds fall out of their settings more often because of the shape. Such a wonderful story thank you for sharing it with us. Beautiful tulips, I wonder if mine will come up this year, after so little care last year do to my back. Still waiting for my crocus to bloom?? Well I'm 65 now, considered a senior citizen. Not sure how I feel about it, years just went to fast!!! Well enough of my complaining, hope everyone will have a wonderful day and don't forget " be safe ".

Thank you all for rejoicing with me and for God showing me His face once again. I feel like a spoiled child of the King when things like this happen. It is so good to know that we can go straight to God in prayer for our needs.And I do praise Him for all the wonderful long distant friends on this amazing site. My sister had an amazing thing happen to her. She went deep sea fishing with friends. She was wearing a bathing suit and over that shorts. She put a diamond ring into the pockets of the shorts. Then the shorts got wet and so she pulled them off. She spilled a drink on the shorts. She reached overboard and tried to wash out the stain. With the current her ring was lost. She tried to look for it but couldn't find it. She contacted my bil and told him what had happened - thank god the ring was insured. He dove down and found the ring. He said that if there was another wave of current it definitely would have been lost.

Wow. Such mercy was shown on that day! I'm so glad they were able to find it. Now it's her "miracle" ring!
Thank you funnyjudeb I think that part of what was so amazing is that it is a very small diamond and it is what is called a champagne diamond which has that sort of colouring so not easy to see. Thank you for your kind thoughts. Hugs.
I love tulips also.I am thinking of trying to grow a couple to see how I do with them. I might do pink and maybe some white and mixed colors.

Mamag15 plant your tulips they will be beautiful and they are easy to take care of. I know you can do it!!! Plus the bonus is that bulbs will come up year after year. Most of my garden is planted with bulbs. Take care, be safe and don't work to hard in your garden ;-)

I recently lost my cell phone and prayed to find it. I asked St. Anthony in the name of Jesus, that I find my phone. It's been about 2 weeks. I cannot afford to buy a new one. I'll take prayers to find my phone. Thank you :)
