this was a pretty puzzle but a little hard to do

Try to stay safe. Had a call from a friend this morning and she had fallen. Somehow her walker got caught.

Falls can be nasty. Take care and hope nothing got hurt seriously.

Aussie, dear, you aren't alone. My mother fell when her cane was caught in the elevator door. The irritating thing about your fall was that you were carrying food and had to clean it up, when all you wanted to do was sit for a moment! Do see a doctor if the pain worsens, please. You are loved, you know.

I've fallen in a store because they had just polished the floor. Whoever did the job didn't put a sign on the floor saying slipper. I was extremely sore for a few days. I informed mangement of the situation. Hubby's aunt has to have heart surgery.

Aussie - Hope nothing is broken. I know someone who fell and was sore and later had a x-ray. Broken arm. If you're taking pain meds that can make you dizzy which can cause a fall. If you get up too quickly that can make you unsteady too. I had to go to the doctor because I was tripping and falling. The last time I wasn't so lucky! Ugh!

I'm sorry to hear of your fall, Aussie. It wasn't too long ago that I fell and sprained my ankle. Let us know how you're doing, okay? May God wrap you in His loving arms and hold you tight.

Thank you all so very much for your kind thoughts and caring spirit. Very little pain this morning which surprised me but have a huge blister on the back of my arm. I have a five fin oil heater which I knocked over when I fell and it was not on at the time. However after trying to get up for about 10 minutes saw the heater was on, so may have burned my arm, but don't remember it. And yes cleaning up the food presented a bit of a problem but managed to get it done (very slowly). Very cold here this morning and we are in for a few more mornings like this. July and August are our coldest months, so a few weeks to go yet. God bless you all and thanks Kevin for this wonderful site where we can care for each other as well as do the wonderful puzzles. Lol Jamp - My father was from New Zealand and stayed with some friends in Sydney one time. His initials were AWK and the friends said it stood for awkward. I stayed with these same people when I was about 19 and they used to call me little AWK. We seem to trip over the pattern in the linoleum and my daughter is the same. I think we have no perception of depth and don't lift our feet high enough. I am still a bit sore and the bruises are starting to come out. The blister broke last night and I have been treating it with aloe vera gel which is a miracle ointment. Thanks for your care and you too mamag and norbarchardt. Hugs.
