Well...this was different! Is this dried paint and then the swirls were added with some kind of sharp object? No explanation by C4J which is unusual.

It looks to me like it's tempera paint, a powder you mix with water.

That plummy purple is one of my favorite colors. They look more like chalks than paint. Pretty easy one.
Hope you all had a pleasant day. We had sun and a not too cold temperature but the wind was cold. Not a bad day for March.
