I love this scene. These buildings in the old city are so much more interesting than the modern ones across the river.
I have never desired to go to Africa. I like several movies shot in Africa...I Dream of Africa starring Kim Bassinger and a biographical account is one of my favorites. I also like Under a Sheltering Sky starring John Malkovich and which was based on a novel. Of course who doesn't like the African Queen? There's Lawrence of Arabia but I'm not big on war movies. Casa Blanca and 10 Commandments, both of which I love, really don't deal with Africa itself.
