This one was really hard for this 86 yr old. When I was around 6 yrs my folks had a small violin made to fit me at that age. Learned to play and played a solo with an orchestra and was then invited to play one song with them. That was a long time ago. No playing the violin now. A bit of humor - What is the difference in a violin and a fiddle?
When I lived in Britain, in my first school, I took violin. Kept up with it until I had to move (with my father remarrying! ) That and piano were stopped.
