I was raised on goat's milk because I couldn't digest cow's. I still prefer it.

I was too. I don't like any kind of milk to drink unless it's flavored. I still am lactose intolerant and take a supplement for it. My son also had to be raised on goat milk.

Pixipixl....I love milk. Usually drink organic milk. But we can't get goat milk here, but can get cheese and other products...especially. during Farmer Market Season. I hear goat's milk is more healthy! Have a blessed weekend!!

Pixi, I'm lactose intolerant, too, and have found a good alternative in the Silk Almond milk, unsweetened, for me. It also has a long shelf life and doesn't need refrigeration until after opening.

I used to drink that. It's much nicer than the soy alternative, but my doctor gave me a supplement that allows me to have ice cream. That swung the scales for me! It's digestive advantage lactose intolerance formula. It works for me where Lactaid made me sick. You might ask your doctor if you could use it (if you miss ice cream and malteds like me).
Is that the same Gardner who positied our brain has seven areas of learning? I did a research paper that included him. Thought he was right on target.

I looked it up. Wrong Gardner. The one I studied was Howard Gardner. It's been 25 years and my memory isn't what it used to be.

I love the quote on waiting for time. Time waits for no one. That is why I decided to go back to school at such a late age. I see all these kids on campus and it really makes me feel old. But if a 90 some year old who graduated with my niece last year I guess it is not too late for me. The time is now and not later.

I know the feeling, forget words a lot now, but that is the process of ageing I guess. Hugs.

My memory isn't what it used to be either. In fact, I suspect it never was.

That's funny PW. My husband says things like that and it always makes me laugh. His favorite is he's developing a lifetstyle that doesn't require his presence.
Our young goats thought they were better than others because they had their own nanny to take care of them. I kid you not. But that was in an udder century. No ifs or butts about it.

John Gardner
God loves you. Hugs.
